We are an unregistered NDIS provider working with plan-managed and self-managed participants across Brisbane South, Brisbane West, Ipswich and Logan. NDIA-managed participants must use a registered provider, so we are not able to help there.

Our rates

NDIS cleaning — $60.10/hr, GST-free (support item 01_020_0120_1_1)

NDIS gardening and yard maintenance — $59.01/hr, GST-free (support item 01_019_0120_1_1)

As an unregistered provider we are not bound by the NDIS price limits. We charge at or below them anyway. Minimum booking 2 hours. Travel charged at $0.99 per kilometre.

How we work

Service agreement signed before the first shift, setting out support items, frequency, rate and cancellation terms.

We invoice plan managers directly, 7 day payment terms. Invoices show the support item code, date, hours and rate.

Cancellations: 7 days notice.

Consistent workers wherever possible. We tell you before anyone new attends.

What we cover

Cleaning: general and regular cleaning, deep cleans, kitchens and bathrooms, floors, laundry, internal windows, oven and BBQ.

Yard: mowing, whipper snipping, low hedge and shrub pruning, green waste removal, clippings blown off driveways.
